Property Assistant

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a part-time, temporary Property Assistant to join our regional operations team in Northumberland. In this role, you’ll take accountability for maintaining exceptional cleaning standards across a defined geographic patch, ensuring our holiday homes consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will live locally to the Leyburn, Richmond or Catterick areas.<br><br>Our managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home — covering cleaning, maintenance and guest readiness — so our homeowners can relax knowing everything is taken care of. As Property Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making that promise a reality.<br><br><strong>Your mission<br><br></strong>As our new Property Assistant, your mission is to safeguard and elevate cleanliness standards across our portfolio in and around the<strong><em> Isle of Arran</em></strong>. Working closely with our Regional Operations Manager and third-party cleaning partners, you’ll ensure every property is guest-ready, meets our brand expectations, and reflects our commitment to delighting both owners and guests.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own and deliver high cleaning standards across your assigned property portfolio</li><li>Collaborate with third-party cleaning teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency</li><li>Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience</li><li>Partner with property owners to recommend and support property improvements</li><li>Analyse performance data to drive quality, cost, and process improvements</li><li>Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future demand<br><br></li></ul><strong>Who We’re Looking For<br><br></strong>You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy being out and about, working with local partners, and taking pride in maintaining high standards. While the position is advertised as Home Based, the successful candidate will need to live in Northumberland so they are closer to our holiday homes.
