Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / Rota Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm with TIOL

Driving License Essential
Office Based With External Appointments

Are you an experienced Property Manager who can keep a busy portfolio organised, compliant and running smoothly?
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning independent estate agency with an established lettings department in Northampton.

Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Northampton and the surrounding area
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
Monitoring property and tenancy compliance
Working closely with the wider lettings team to maintain smooth processes
You will already have solid experience within residential property management, lettings or portfolio management.
Residential lettings legislation
Property maintenance and contractor management
You will be comfortable managing competing priorities and communicating with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues.

Experience within an independent estate agency would be beneficial, although strong residential property management experience is the main requirement.
