Property Secretary

My client is looking for a Property Legal Secretary to join their Team at their West Bridgford office.

This is a full-time role providing essential support to the Property team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with pre-marketing requirements, including liaising with vendors and preparing properties for launch
  • Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for buyers and vendors
  • Handle incoming enquiries and arrange property viewings
  • Assist with diary management and maintain regular client communication
  • Obtain and relay viewing feedback to vendors
  • Provide support with sales progression when required

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a good understanding of the property industry and marketing processes
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly in note-taking and diary management
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Be confident using standard computer software, including Outlook
  • Demonstrate a positive, “can-do” attitude and strong team spirit
  • Maintain a friendly, honest, and professional manner

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the property industry or a similar role (required)
  • Customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Administrative experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong organisational and clerical skills
  • Driving licence (preferred)
  • Fluent in English

About the Role:

  • Paying up to £28,000
  • Full-time
  • Weekend work on a fair rota basis
