Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions within tight timelines. Serve as the subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform, staying up-to-date with the latest updates and features. Analyze and understand clients' business processes and identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to drive efficiency and growth. Create detailed technical design documents, including data models, system diagrams, and process flows. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to developers to ensure best practices and quality standards are met. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Salesforce and make recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Work with project managers to plan and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Provide technical expertise and support during sales pursuits and client engagements. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues related to Salesforce implementations. Continuously evaluate and improve the design and architecture of existing Salesforce solutions to ensure scalability, stability, and maintainability. Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency across projects.
