Quality Assurance Specialist

<p>At Diageo, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety across all production locations.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as food science, engineering, or a related field, and at least three to five years of experience in a quality assurance role. They should have a solid understanding of the principles and techniques of quality assurance, as well as a good understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards. They should be highly organized, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are passionate about quality control and safety, and are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate product quality and safety across all Diageo production locations. Develop and implement quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards. Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities and results. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective action. Perform inspections of products and processes to identify potential problems and take necessary corrective action. Develop and review Quality Control documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Liaise with production and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues. Train and mentor junior quality assurance staff. Report any quality or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.</p><p>Diageo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
