Your work will directly impact the quality of support provided to thousands of individuals, making a real difference in their lives.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p>Champion Quality: Audit and assess counselling delivery across EAP, Psychological Services, and affiliate counsellors to ensure excellence and consistency.</p><p>Drive Improvement: Identify areas for development, challenge practices constructively, and embed learning across teams.</p><p>Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with practitioners, managers, and clinical leads to share insights and implement positive changes.</p><p>Shape Policy: Ensure compliance with PAM policies and professional guidelines (EAPA, BACP/NCPS, NICE) and contribute to policy updates.</p><p>Lead Development: Deliver training and guidance to managers, supporting them in maintaining high standards.</p><p>Analyse & Report: Turn audit findings into actionable plans that strengthen service delivery and enhance user experience.</p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><p>Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and/or Psychotherapy</p><p>BACP Registered Member (or equivalent), ideally working towards accreditation</p><p><strong>Experience: </strong></p><p>Previous audit or quality assurance experience</p><p>Strong IT skills, including MS Office and advanced Excel</p><p><strong>Personal Attributes: </strong></p><p>Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated</p><p>Able to work under pressure and keen to learn</p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>Be part of a forward-thinking organisation committed to mental health and wellbeing.</p><p>Work in a role that combines clinical insight with strategic impact.</p><p>Opportunities for professional development, including CPD and formal training.</p><p>Collaborate with passionate professionals who share your commitment to quality care.</p><p><strong>Ready to make a difference?
