Real Estate Agent Trainee

We are looking for ambitious, goal-oriented Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai sales team. Whether you're an experienced broker or just starting your career, we offer the training, tools, and platform to help you succeed in Dubai’s competitive property market. Your core responsibility will be to assist buyers and investors in purchasing off-plan and secondary properties, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend training on Dubai real estate market, legalities, and sales techniques.
• Qualify leads from marketing, events, and online platforms.
• Assist senior agents during property presentations and meetings.
• Learn to prepare and manage client documentation (Form B, MoU, etc.).
• Shadow experienced agents to understand the sales process.
• Support clients with updated property information and developer insights.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and follow up with leads.
• Eventually transition into a fully experienced real estate agent.
Requirements:
• No real estate experience required but preferred, (training provided).
• Passion for sales, real estate, and client service.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong follow up mentality.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Team player, flexible, and adaptive.
• UAE driving license (preferred, not mandatory).
