A friendly and sociable Central London office is looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the business and help keep the office running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys getting stuck in and supporting a busy team. You’ll work closely with the Office Manager and admin team in a relaxed, collaborative environment where everyone helps out.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous reception, front-of-house or customer-facing experience
  • Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Someone who enjoys working in a busy, social office environment
  • Comfortable handling calls, emails and general admin tasks
  • Graduates or university leavers looking to start their career in an office environment are encouraged to apply
What you’ll be doing
  • Welcoming visitors and creating a great first impression
  • Answering calls and directing enquiries
  • Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day admin
  • Managing shared inboxes and messages
  • Ordering office supplies and keeping the office stocked
  • Helping with general office coordination and team support
