If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you!<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>Your focus as a receptionist will be to offer professional, high quality customer service as first point of contact within the home as well as providing a range of administrative services.<br><br><strong>Other Responsibilities Will Include<br><br></strong><ul><li>Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly. </li><li>Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. </li><li>Maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained. <br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong>To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do.<br><br><strong>Our Ideal Candidate Must<br><br></strong><ul><li>Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. </li><li>Be confident in using computers. </li><li>Have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude. </li><li>Have previous exposure to problem-solving and client complaints. <br><br></li></ul><strong>About Avery<br><br></strong>At Avery, we’re not just one of the UK’s largest providers of luxury elderly care homes – we’re a place where people love to work.
