Receptionist – Flexible Weekend & Odd-Day Shifts

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client’s team in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work, with shifts available on odd days and weekends.

The Role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing a friendly and professional welcome while supporting the day-to-day running of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Dealing with general enquiries professionally
  • Managing reception duties and basic administration
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
  • Supporting the wider team when required
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable and professional

  • Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
  • Well organised and able to work independently
  • Flexible and available to work weekends and occasional/odd days
  • Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
