Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:00pm

Recruitment Administrator & Front of House Assistant Required – Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator & Front of House Assistant to join our busy Industrial Recruitment branch in Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, offering weekly pay, full training, stable hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position with long-term career progression.

No previous recruitment experience is required as full training will be provided.

The Role

As a Recruitment Administrator & Front of House Assistant, your duties may include:

• Greeting and assisting candidates visiting the branch
• Handling enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
• Registering new candidates and completing compliance documentation
• Carrying out ID verification and Right to Work checks
• Supporting payroll administration
• Assisting with candidate sourcing for current vacancies
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases
• Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Highly organised with strong administrative skills
• Confident communicating with people face-to-face, by phone and email
• Able to multitask in a busy office environment
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Keen to develop a long-term career within recruitment

Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, recruitment support, office administration or front-of-house roles would be beneficial but is not essential.
