Regional Commercial Manager (Cork/Galway/Limerick/Belfast)

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.

We’re looking for a Regional Manager to join our Dublin team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us drive market share and order volume growth across Ireland, overseeing top and bottom-line P&L performance while building deep relationships with our most valuable restaurant partners.

Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Regional UK & Ireland team, which drives Deliveroo’s performance across all three sides of our marketplace (restaurants, consumers, and riders). This role is ideally based in Dublin and covers our restaurant, grocery, and strategic partner base across Regional Ireland—encompassing Cork, Limerick, Galway, and Belfast. Managing a team of three City and Account Managers, you will operate across two distinct jurisdictions with unique commercial and regulatory dynamics.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Drive Regional Commercial Strategy: Own the growth strategy and operational blueprints for key Irish markets, balancing top-line order volume expansion with bottom-line department profitability.

  • Lead and Develop Talent: Manage, coach, and support a team of City Managers and Account Managers to execute localised marketplace strategies successfully.

  • Champion Key Partnerships: Act as the face of Deliveroo to top-tier regional accounts, securing long-term retention and leading high-value negotiations with major new partners.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with central Rider Operations and local Marketing teams to synchronise execution, improve marketplace delivery efficiency, and accelerate revenue.

  • Jurisdictional Management: Navigate the nuanced commercial, legal, and operational differences between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland markets.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Commercial Leadership: Significant experience in commercially focused environments, with a proven track record managing P&L targets and designing regional growth strategies.

  • Strategic & Analytical Capability: Strong understanding of data-driven market management, combining analytical depth with the operational capability to execute complex plans.

  • High-Stakes Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to build trusted relationships and lead complex negotiations with business owners, strategic partners, and C-suite operators.

  • People Management: Experience leading operational or sales teams, with a commitment to mentoring staff and driving collective target achievement. General management or business ownership experience is highly desirable.

  • Mobility & Flexibility: Comfort traveling within the field approximately 2 days per week to support regional markets. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
