You’ll guide and inspire your team, uphold the highest quality standards, and make sure every customer receives safe, personalised support they can rely on. It’s a role with real influence, shaping services, strengthening relationships, and helping your branch grow with heart and confidence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Bristol branch is a busy, well-established operation with an experienced team and a strong existing customer base.</strong> We’re looking for an experienced manager who can build on these strong foundations – continuing to develop and inspire the team, maintaining excellent standards of care and driving further sustainable growth across the branch.</p><p>We’re happy to consider experienced managers from <strong>both domiciliary care and other care settings</strong>.
