Registered Childminder with Special Needs Experience

Hi, I'm a working single Mum and Nurse looking for someone to become part of my little family for hopefully the next few years. I require Ofsted registered (if not already registered, i need someone happy to become registered which i'm happy to help with), non-smoker and a car is a must as we live in a rural village, though I will provide a dedicated car with kids car seats installed for you to use during work time. I currently have a lovely temporary Nanny who is happy to cover until a new permanent Nanny can replace her. We absolutely adore her and she has been a real life saver. I need a Nanny, female or male but you will need to be Ofsted registered - if not currently i will be happy to reimburse your fees if you join us. I love the children to be quite outdoorsy and active so woodland walks and outdoor play or taking part in group work with other child would be great as well as soft play etc. We live in a small village between Witney and Eynsham. I'd love if the Nanny who joins us speaks another language and would be happy to broaden my children's minds by teaching some of another language to them but obviously this isn't a necessity, just a bonus. There's a potential for staying overnight before work if that helps with commuting etc. i have an insulated glamping pod in the garden which has a bed, electricity, a desk, kettle, mini fridge and a heater, so nice and quiet away from the home but in the garden. It's a very quiet village with no light pollution so you could do some stargazing too. Ideally a non-meat eater or just not eating meat in our home please (no issues with fish) as it's against our beliefs - I am Buddhist so we believe in being kind to all creatures. Otherwise if travelling for work, you'd be welcome to stay in the room the night before work to avoid the morning rush. My 5 year old goes to school so for him it'd mainly be after school pick ups or cover during school holidays. My twin 2 year olds need a Nanny Mon, weds (my work on a weds can be moved to a Tues or Thurs if needed) and Fri full days are needed due to my job. The twins have started going to the school nursery, so if unable to do full days then there is the option of afternoons into evenings and some adhoc/weekends too. I definitely need holidays covered regardless though as i am a Specialist Nurse covering the whole county so don't get holidays or cover. Their Dad is not in the picture so i have no help or support otherwise. I'd really appreciate a Nanny who can help with some chores such as some cooking, food shops, or some cleaning as I am a bit overwhelmed with it all at present but this isn't a must but would be so unbelievably appreciated. The odd adhoc Weekends/evenings would be great, wouldn't have to be every weekend or both days - just adhoc so i can spend a nice day out with you and the kids for the day or have a day/evening to myself to be able to recharge. Ideally I need someone who is self employed as i'm a single mum and Nurse and employing costs additional fees of hundreds per month which i can't really afford. I will provide a contract with notice period etc like i have with my current temp Nanny so you know you have that safety net and security - we can tweak between us so both happy. Please send me a message if you're interested and would like to ask questions. Would need you to start asap - if needing to get OFSTED registered this can take a couple of months. Thank you so much, looking forward to hearing from you x
