About the Role

With so many exciting releases ahead of us, we\'re looking for a Releases Marketing Coordinator to join our Global Releases Marketing Team, which will be crucial for enabling us to deliver our campaigns at the scale and high level of quality we want. By owning certain responsibilities within our team workflows, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our wider strategy and how we deliver campaigns to our audiences.

For the purpose of those applying from within the UK, the nature of this role is hybrid, requiring a presence in our London HQ for at least two days per week.

Where you’ll have impact:

  • The theatrical and streaming phase. You’ll support marketing for new releases across territories, including theatrical but also across streaming (SVOD - Subscription Video On Demand) campaigns too.

  • Managing asset localization and proofing process, working in tandem with internal teams and external sub-distributors

  • Adapting key creative briefs and brainstorming additional concepts

  • Owning the organization of key materials for folder upload and wider circulation on social and to our partners

  • Copywriting for email builds, organic social and paid digital setup

  • Prepare wrap-up reports & update trackers covering performance and related activations

  • Logging incoming press reviews and pull quotes both during and after film festival runs

What you’ll bring:

  • A passion for all types of quality cinema, from classics to new releases

  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to take on the MUBI voice

  • You’ll be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the digital landscape, from social to streaming

  • A diligent, highly organized and eager learner who pays close attention to detail

  • A dedication to streamlining each and every campaign

  • Strong working knowledge of the Google Drive suite

  • Between 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, and even better if you have experience in film too

  • Familiarity with Braze, Photoshop and Premiere Pro desirable

  • Given you’ll be supporting releases across multiple territories and managing asset localization, additional languages would be a bonus but not a deal-breaker
