At Top Homecare , we help home care agencies scale and streamline their operations. We are looking for an ambitious, self-managed Appointment Setter to drive our outbound campaigns.

This is a 100% remote, self-employed (commission-only) role designed for a high-performing hunter. If you know how to navigate gatekeepers and spark meaningful business conversations, your earning potential is comfortably £1,000+ per week OTE .

The Role:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Contact directors and decision-makers at home care agencies via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Qualify & Pitch: Understand agency pain points and position our high-value solutions.
  • Book Appointments: Schedule highly qualified discovery calls for our closing team.

  • Proven B2B Experience: A strong background in cold calling or appointment setting (healthcare/home care experience is a bonus).
  • The "Hunter" Mindset: Highly resilient, target-driven, and unfazed by rejection.

  • Self-Discipline: You are highly organised, capable of managing your own pipeline, and comfortable working autonomously.
