This is a remote position.

We are a fast-growing veterinary clinic group with 5 branches across Dubai, and we're expanding our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to clients professionally and efficiently.
  • Confirm, follow up, and rebook appointments across multiple clinic locations.
  • Manage the clinic's digital booking systems and call logs accurately.
  • Provide pet owners with clear, accurate information on services, treatments, and clinic procedures.
  • Coordinate smoothly with our on-site teams to ensure seamless client care.
  • Deliver a warm, friendly, and reassuring experience on every single call.

Requirements

  • Experience in a call centre, receptionist, or client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
  • Comfortable making back-to-back outbound calls in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed while working from home.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and online administration or CRM tools.
  • Access to a personal computer and a stable, reliable internet connection.
  • A quiet, professional home workspace.

Preferred

  • Background in veterinary, medical, or animal-related services.
  • Experience with digital booking or practice management systems.
