The ClickUp Operations VA will own and maintain the company’s ClickUp workspace, organize tasks across teams and brands, build operational systems, and provide reports and follow-up for leadership. Responsibilities Manage the entire ClickUp workspace — create and assign tasks, set owners, deadlines, priorities, and statuses Maintain individual employee dashboards and brand/project dashboards, and track major company initiatives Turn meeting action items and messy Slack/WhatsApp instructions into clean, organized tasks Build and improve dashboards, custom fields, automations, recurring tasks, and templates Follow up on overdue tasks, flag anything stuck or missing an owner, and make sure completed work is closed properly Create simple reports for leadership and pull open/overdue tasks by employee, brand, or project Keep the whole system simple, clean, and organized as it scales Skills Advanced ClickUp experience — you've managed ClickUp for a real company or team before Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Strong written English and fast response time Comfortable working independently and following up with team members Can build dashboards, custom fields, automations, recurring tasks, and templates Can take messy instructions and turn them into structured tasks Understands the difference between a task, a project, a recurring responsibility, and a KPI Available full-time on Eastern Time hours Notion and Slack experience Experience supporting founders/CEOs Experience with eCommerce or marketing teams Experience managing remote teams Benefits Remote work Company Overview CoTrain is redefining how the world hires expertise.
