Responsibilities

  • Assist Irish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services.
  • Provide clear information regarding account management, transactions, and product details.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and customer support processes.
  • Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and industry trends to better assist clients.
  • Fluency in Irish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with relocation expenses covered.
