Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,000 USD/month via wire transfer

Schedule: Monday - Friday, working schedule must align closely with UK business hours and be flexible to accommodate global coverage as needed.

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their marketing team on a full-time contract basis. You will be responsible for creating high-quality static social media adverts for our portfolio of e-commerce brands. This is a fast-paced role that requires creativity, precision, and excellent attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Creative Operations and wider marketing team to deliver on-brand, performance-focused campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Creative Production
  • Design static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Deliver on-brand, high-performing assets aligned with campaign briefs
  • Develop creative variations and test assets for different audiences and placements
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Head of Creative Operations and wider marketing team
  • Apply feedback quickly and iterate designs for improved performance
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Deliver polished, print-ready designs within deadlines
  • Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies

  • Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing static social media ad designs for paid campaigns; previous experience designing for e-commerce or D2C brands is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator essential); comfortable with time-tracking tools (Time Doctor).
  • Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Soft Skills: Creative, organised, responsive, adaptable, detail-oriented.

Work Environment

  • Location: Remote (must align with UK business hours)
