Remote Lead Generation Role – No Scripts, No Office, No Nonsense

We're not going to tell you this is the best sales job you'll ever have. We'll let your payslip do that.

ABOUT US

Let Us Connect Ltd is a remote outbound sales business generating qualified leads for financial advisers across the UK. We've built a team of experienced phone-based salespeople who work from home, perform consistently, and earn well as a direct result. We're growing, and we're selective about who we bring in — because we invest properly in the people who join us.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

From home, you'll make outbound calls via an automated dialler, build genuine conversations with prospects, handle objections properly, and produce warm qualified leads — known as hot-keys — for our adviser partners. You'll be given clear targets, trusted to hit them in your own way, and supported by coaches who've done exactly this job themselves.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING

  • Basic salary plus uncapped commission — the more quality leads you produce, the more you earn
  • Early finish incentives — hit your targets ahead of schedule and your day ends early
  • Fully remote — work from home anywhere in the UK, or abroad
  • Monday to Friday only — no weekend working, no exceptions
  • Real coaching from people who know what good calling looks like from the inside
  • Performance-based progression — results here speak louder than tenure
  • A permanent role in a stable, growing business that values long-term performance
