[Remote] National Account Manager Flexible & Label Packaging

The National Account Manager will grow flexible packaging and label sales, manage customer relationships, develop new business, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet revenue goals. Responsibilities Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the flexible packaging and label markets Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts Develop a thorough understanding of customers' packaging and labeling needs and recommend appropriate flexible packaging or label solutions (e.g., pouches, rollstock, shrink sleeves, pressure-sensitive labels) Collaborate with estimating, customer service, and production teams to ensure accurate quoting and on-time delivery Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and sample materials to prospective and current clients Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the company's CRM Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit production facilities Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging, labels, printing, or a related reputed company industry • Strong understanding of flexible packaging and label production processes, including flexographic or digital printing, film/substrate selection, and finishing/converting operations, is a plus • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory • Proficiency with CRM software and reputed company Office Suite Company Overview Frankston is a reputed company company that offers folding and tray box cartons and pressure-sensitive lables.
