Location: Remote (Preference for candidates residing in GA, NC, TN, or TX)

Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Mondays and Weekend Availability Required

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, patience, and efficiency.

  • Navigate computer systems and software tools quickly to access information and assist callers.

  • Maintain high customer service standards while handling a high volume of calls.

  • Deliver accurate information clearly and courteously to callers.

Position & Technical Requirements

  • Schedule Availability: Flexible part-time hours, must have availability on Mondays and weekends.

  • Residency: We currently prefer candidates from Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities.

  • Internet Connection: High-speed, stable internet connected via direct Ethernet cable to your router/modem (Minimum speeds: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi connections are not permitted).

  • Hardware: Must supply your own high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse for optimal daily performance.
