The Opportunity

Join a forward-thinking company powered by innovative AI technology. We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be provided with fresh web enquiries mainly generated through Google ads and colder, historic leads, as well as existing customer leads. You will play a key role in our growth by advising clients on Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, and Income Protection.

What You’ll Do

  • Convert fresh web enquiries.
  • Reach out to colder historic leads to re-engage and covert.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide expert advice on essential protection products.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to ensure client cover remains suitable.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in Life Insurance or Income Protection sales in an outbound telephone sales environment.
  • Track Record: A strong, verifiable history of hitting sales targets (you will be asked for proof).
  • Skillset: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work with intensity and take full accountability for your performance.
  • Attitude: An appetite to engage colder, historic leads when required to exceed targets.
  • Qualifications: RO5 qualification is preferred but not required.
  • Environment: A dedicated, professional home working setup.
