Travel Agents help clients research, plan and book a wide range of travel experiences, including package holidays, accommodation, cruises, flights, tours and specialist trips. No previous travel industry experience is required, as comprehensive training, professional mentoring and ongoing support are provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Researching destinations, accommodation and travel experiences
  • Creating personalised travel recommendations and itineraries
  • Booking holidays through established travel suppliers
  • Providing a professional and responsive service to clients
  • Developing and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Promoting travel services through referrals, personal networks and digital channels
  • Completing relevant training and keeping up to date with industry developments
