  • Strong communication skills across phone, email and digital channels.
  • The ability to manage difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
  • Excellent attention to detail, administration and written communication skills.
  • A positive, customer-focused approach and a genuine commitment to finding the right solution for every customer.

The qualities that will help you succeed

You'll be someone who takes responsibility, works collaboratively and genuinely cares about the impact you have on customers and colleagues. You'll be keen to learn, open to new ideas and confident enough to challenge processes constructively when improvements can be made. Above all, you'll be trusted to do the right thing and committed to delivering exceptional service every day.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the experience of Renault UK's Fleet customers. You'll handle a varied range of cases, build valuable relationships across the business and develop specialist knowledge of Renault UK products, systems and services.

At the RAC, you'll be part of a supportive team where your ideas are valued and your development is encouraged. If you enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships and making a genuine difference to customers, we'd love to hear from you.
