No previous cleaning experience? No problem! Full training is provided for the right candidates.

What will you be doing?

Every property is different, so your work will be varied and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out regular domestic cleaning, deep cleans and Airbnb changeovers.
  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and polishing surfaces.
  • Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms and communal areas.
  • Changing bed linen and preparing properties for arriving guests.
  • Staging properties and restocking guest essentials.
  • Completing quality checks to ensure every property is spotless and guest-ready.
  • Following property-specific cleaning checklists.
  • Cleaning, maintaining and safely storing equipment.
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing our business professionally.
  • Assisting with occasional specialist cleaning tasks when required.

  • Comfortable working to deadlines, particularly when preparing Airbnb properties before guest check-in.
  • Eligible to pass a DBS check.
  • A full UK driving licence holder.
  • Able to access reliable transport to travel between client properties.

Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an advantage, but it is not essential. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
