Restaurant Cleaner - Overnight

# Overnight Kitchen Porter / Restaurant Cleaner . Shift: 12:00am–6:00am. . . We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Overnight Kitchen Porter / Restaurant Cleaner to take ownership of the full clean-down of Kiez after service.This is a hands-on overnight role covering both the kitchen and restaurant, making sure the entire site is left clean, organised and ready for the next day.. . ## Responsibilities. * Washing remaining dishes, utensils, pots, trays and kitchen equipment. * Deep-cleaning the grill and cooking sections after service. * Cleaning and degreasing work surfaces, stainless steel, splashbacks and surrounding equipment. * Cleaning sinks, pot wash areas and storage areas. * Sweeping and mopping the full kitchen. * Cleaning underneath and around equipment where required. * Emptying, cleaning and relining bins. * Managing rubbish and recycling correctly. * Cleaning the restaurant floor, including edges and hard-to-reach areas. * Wiping and resetting tables, chairs and front-of-house surfaces. * Thoroughly cleaning and restocking the toilets. * Cleaning doors, touchpoints and entrance areas. * Completing scheduled deep-cleaning tasks. * Making sure all equipment is clean, dry and stored correctly. * Leaving both the kitchen and restaurant clean, organised and ready for the morning team. * Following all food hygiene, health and safety and cleaning procedures. * Reporting any maintenance, pest-control or equipment issues to management. ## What We’re Looking For. * Previous kitchen porter, commercial cleaning or restaurant-cleaning experience preferred. * Comfortable working independently overnight. * Strong attention to detail. * Someone who takes pride in leaving a space properly clean. * Able to work efficiently without cutting corners. * Reliable and punctual. * Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, scrubbing and prolonged standing. * Able to follow cleaning schedules and checklists. * Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate preferred. . ## What We Offer. * 12:00am–6:00am overnight shifts. * Competitive hourly rate, discussed at interview. * Staff food on shift. * A well-equipped, beautifully designed restaurant in West London. * A clear, focused role with ownership of the overnight clean. * The chance to be part of an exciting independent restaurant and a dedicated team. .
