We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager who knows how to bring the floor to life. This is a big-role opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, leads with confidence, and gets a real kick out of building a team and opening a venue with impact.

From the first briefing to the first packed service, you’ll be a key part of creating a restaurant that feels vibrant, polished, and impossible to ignore. We’re looking for someone who can balance great people leadership with strong operational control and a genuine love for memorable guest experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the day-to-day running of the restaurant floor and front-of-house operation.

Deliver and uphold exceptional service standards and guest experience.

Recruit, lead, train and develop the front-of-house team.

Manage rotas, labour cost and scheduling in line with budget.

Take ownership of front-of-house stock, ordering, cash handling and banking.

Monitor and drive performance against sales, labour and guest-satisfaction targets.

Work closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ensure full compliance with licensing, food safety, allergen and health and safety requirements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong AGM ready to step up.

Excellent floor leadership and service standards.

Strong commercial acumen — sales, labour and cost control.

Proven people-management and development ability.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Desirable

Personal Licence holder.

Experience in a premium or multi-venue environment.
