RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR-ARABIC RESTAURANT

URGENT HIRING – RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR | MARBLE ARCH, LONDON

We are urgently looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join an established Arabic restaurant located close to Marble Arch Underground Station, Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and run shifts smoothly.
  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Handle restaurant bookings, reservations and customer enquiries.
  • Maintain daily reports, sales records and operational updates using computer systems.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
  • Monitor service standards and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Support the restaurant management team with day-to-day operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Experience working in an Arabic or Middle Eastern restaurant is a strong advantage.
  • Good computer skills, including the ability to prepare daily reports and use restaurant booking and reservation systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and run busy restaurant shifts independently.
  • A hands-on approach with a strong focus on customer service.

SALARY: UP TO £40K per annum plus service charge

Location: Near Marble Arch Underground Station, Central London
Start: Immediate / As soon as possible
