  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of retail products and services, bringing your team up to speed as new items are introduced.

  • Drive store sales targets by upskilling and supporting your team in sales training, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure the store adheres to product placement and replenishment guidelines, maintaining an organised, clean, and welcoming store.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.

  • Retail experience is essential, minimum 4 years preferred, with significant people management experience.

  • Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

  • Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months from your start date.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 12kg.

  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.

  • Post Office experience is a bonus but not mandatory.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time, permanent role with competitive pay & government-recommended pension.

  • Comprehensive training and support from your Area Manager and our Head of Retail.

  • Fast-track career progression, we love to promote from within.

  • A fun, friendly, and supportive team environment.

  • Weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, as the branch operates 7 days a week.

  • Occasional coverage at nearby stores within 15–30 minutes travel.
