Are you a Retail leader looking for a career change? This is your chance to step into a growing sector with one of the UK’s largest charities that can really develop your career. What’s more, it’s Monday to Friday, 9–5 — no evenings or weekends.

The Role

You’ll manage a small caseload of clients in your local borough, supporting people with mental health needs or physical disabilities back into work. From first assessment through to job searching and in-work support, you’ll guide them every step of the way. Full training is provided in the IPS employment support model.
