As a Retail Therapist at ELEMIS, you’ll deliver exceptional treatment experiences while driving retail performance through expert consultation, product knowledge, and meaningful client connections.

Blending hands-on expertise with advanced skincare technology, you’ll create personalised, results-driven experiences that build long-term loyalty. Every interaction you have will support retention, repeat business, and brand advocacy.

What You Will Do

Deliver exceptional client journeys
  • Provide outstanding on- and off-counter treatments with a focus on touch, technique, and visible results
  • Create seamless, end-to-end luxury experiences—from consultation through to aftercare
  • Ensure every visit feels personalised, welcoming, and memorable
Drive sales through expertise and connection
  • Confidently link treatments to tailored product recommendations
  • Build, manage, and grow your own loyal client base
  • Encourage repeat bookings and long-term skincare journeys
  • Take pride in achieving and exceeding personal KPIs
Use advanced consultation and technology
  • Conduct in-depth consultations, including HD skin scans
  • Analyse skin concerns and build tailored treatment and skincare plans
  • Follow up proactively to track progress and maintain client engagement
  • Build trust-based relationships that turn new clients into loyal advocates
Champion product knowledge and brand standards
  • Maintain expert knowledge of ELEMIS products, ingredients, and treatments
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and new launches
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and authenticity
Create a premium in-store experience
  • Maintain exceptional standards in treatment delivery, hygiene, and presentation
  • Ensure the counter and treatment areas reflect a luxury environment at all times
  • Support events, promotions, and in-store experiences that attract and retain clients
Operate with excellence and sustainability in mind
  • Support stock accuracy, merchandising, and operational standards
  • Contribute to a high-performing, compliant, and visually elevated counter
  • Embed sustainability into daily decisions, helping to reduce waste and environmental impact

Who You Are

  • Passionate about skincare, treatments, and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Qualified in Beauty Therapy (Level 2 or equivalent preferred)
  • Experienced in luxury retail, spa, or treatment environments
  • Confident in consultative selling and building personalised recommendations
  • Proven ability to build a loyal client base and drive repeat business
  • A strong communicator with a natural talent for building genuine relationships
  • Comfortable using (or excited to learn) skincare technology
  • Results-driven, with pride in achieving targets and contributing to team success
  • A positive, inclusive team player who values diversity and collaboration
