Roblox Game Programmer — Build Worlds, Ship Fast, Grow Globally (Remote Role)

Tired of working on endless code that never ships? Want to see your work live inside a real game within weeks, not months? At Pearl Lemon Games, we’re looking for a Roblox Game Programmer who’s ready to build, test, and deploy experiences that players actually talk about. If you’re passionate about scripting, teamwork, and shipping great things fast — this is your next big move.

About Pearl Lemon Games

Pearl Lemon Games is part of Pearl Lemon Group, a UK‑registered global growth agency (Company No. 10411490) founded in 2016 by Deepak Shukla — ex‑Deloitte consultant, 3× TEDx speaker, and Entrepreneur.com author. From our London HQ and international hubs in Islamabad, Delhi, and Durban, we operate a 134‑person remote‑first team spanning over 30 nationalities.

Pearl Lemon builds across industries — SEO, PR, accounting, legal, hospitality, and gaming — under one guiding principle: “Launch fast. Learn faster. Scale what works.” And now, we’re expanding our gaming division to deliver high‑quality, performance‑driven Roblox experiences for global clients.

  • Experience building, testing, and publishing Roblox games or systems
