Sales and Marketing Administrative Apprentice - August 12, 2024 - Paul Davis We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Administrative Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in sales and marketing within the sustainable energy sector. The successful candidate will receive support through a content creation course alongside on the job training to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to our marketing efforts. Key responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies. - Creation and distribution of marketing materials to include video/drone footage production and editing, digital design of on-brand material, plus social media posts, blog articles, and promotional emails. - Help maintain and update the company website and social media platforms. - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities. - Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. - Provide administrative support to the office, sales and marketing team, including replying to emails, taking and making calls, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. - Track and report on key performance indicators to assist marketing campaign performance and sales activities. - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective communication of the company’s brand and services. Requirements: - Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the sustainable energy sector. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
