Join Our Team as a Full-Time Sales Assistant - Central London

Are you passionate about great customer service and love working in a fast-paced retail environment? We\'re looking for a full-time Sales Assistant, 39 hours per week from September to the end of December, for our central London stores.

You\'ll need to be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

As a Sales Assistant, you\'ll be the face of MUJI - helping customers discover products they love, keeping our stores looking beautiful, and supporting the team to achieve our sales goals.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Put our customers first every time and make their shopping experience memorable.
  2. Spot what customers need and help them choose the right products.
  3. Help hit daily and weekly sales targets as part of a supportive team.
  4. Become an expert on MUJI\'s product range and learn how to sell with confidence.
  5. Keep our shop floor looking its best - tidy, welcoming, and perfectly merchandised.
  6. Pitch in with deliveries and restocking, so shelves are never empty.
  7. Support stock control processes and stay on top of what\'s coming in and out.
