Based in Central London, our client is an established sales and marketing company expanding its events division and looking for motivated individuals to join the team.

Representing recognised non-profit organisations across retail pop-ups, promotional events and other high-footfall settings, they are particularly interested in individuals with strong English communication skills, a professional attitude and a genuine willingness to learn, gain experience and continuously upskill themselves.

Important Note: Our client is only able to consider candidates who are aged 18 or over, eligible to work in the UK without restrictions and available for a Full-Time Equivalent schedule of 5 full days per week.

No previous sales experience is required. Previous experience within retail, marketing, hospitality, waiting staff, events, promotions, customer service or other people-facing environments may provide valuable transferable skills.

Successful individuals will have access to client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions from the start, alongside practical experience representing campaigns face-to-face.

This is a face-to-face, event-based opportunity across Central London. Successful candidates will operate on a subcontracted basis and will be responsible for managing their own Tax and National Insurance contributions. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus uncapped commission and performance incentives.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university) or current international students. Due to availability, applicants must be able to commit to 5 full working days per week (Monday–Saturday).
