Sales Development Representative – Dutch, Flemish, French

Job Description:

  • Work inbound leads within SLA and convert them to booked demos
  • Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists
  • Personalise outreach at speed
  • Qualify prospects by buyer type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline
  • Book, confirm, and protect demos
  • Reduce no-shows through reminders and pre-demo outreach
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and disposition every lead
  • Share learnings about objections, effective messaging, and converting segments
  • Conduct multichannel outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
  • Meet weekly activity and demos-held targets

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with a transactional, high-volume motion
  • Experience with short sales cycles, high activity volume, and daily intensity
  • Strong phone skills and crisp written communication
  • Comfortable with 60–80+ meaningful touches per day
  • Process-driven approach to sales cadences and CRM hygiene
  • Coachable and resilient attitude
  • Native or professional proficiency in English, Dutch, Flemish, and French required
  • Ability to work remotely in Europe / European timezone
  • Jewellery knowledge is not required
