Sales Development Representative – Dutch Speaking, BENELUX

Job Description:

  • Generate a pipeline of new business, with at least 60% outbound, through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Schedule qualified meetings using the BANT and SPICED frameworks
  • Use Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other sales tools to improve prospecting efficiency and follow up with existing contacts
  • Support account-based marketing strategies and field marketing activities
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, partner referrals, and events
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers
  • Develop an innovative action plan tailored to the assigned territory
  • Connect with organisations that can benefit from Hadrian's hacker-perspective cybersecurity offering
  • Identify high-potential prospects, build relationships, and generate qualified Sales Introduction Meetings
  • Help shape the first impression of Hadrian while uncovering sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; Dutch mother tongue ideal
  • 0–3 years of experience in a similar SDR/BDR role within a B2B SaaS company, ideally in cybersecurity
  • Comfortable with daily cold calling and outreach
  • Comfortable conversing with C-level executives
  • Able to travel to events and conferences across assigned territories, with approximately 20% yearly travel expected
  • Strong qualification skills using BANT or similar frameworks
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, or the technical capacity to learn
  • Able to manage multi-touch campaigns and execute outbound campaigns
  • Resilient, agile, and entrepreneurial mentality
  • Ambitious and motivated to develop a sales career
  • Background check required as part of the hiring process
