Working fully remote, our Sales Executives are responsible for managing inbound service calls from our customers. By providing an amazing sales-through-service approach, you will sell our leading range of added-value service products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Sales Executive at Haier Europe, you'll promote and upsell our range of extended warranty insurance products to non-core brand customers under Haier Europe’s approved representative status. You'll identify and recommend the most appropriate insurance product to customers by assessing their needs and requirements, while ensuring full FCA regulatory compliance when setting up extended warranties.

Working remotely as part of our high-performing contact centre team, you'll handle inbound customer enquiries, build rapport, identify sales opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service that drives results.

As a Sales Executive here at Haier Europe, you'll promote and up-sell our range of extended warranty insurance products to non-core brand customers under Haier Europe’s approved representative status. You'll identify and pitch the most appropriate insurance product to the customer via assessment of their information/ needs whilst ensuring full FCA regulatory compliance when setting up extended warranties for customers.

The successful candidate will have previous sales experience within a telephone based sales role. You'll be familiar with working toward sales targets, preferably within an FCA regulated environment.

Based from home, you must reside with a 70mile radius of our Warrington offices (WA3 6XG). You will also be required to attend a 3 day induction on-site at our Training Activation Centre based in Warrington. We will support with travel arrangements and accommodation (if required). As this is a fully remote role, you will also be required to complete a full Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessment.
