SALARY: £45,000 OTE (uncapped commission and includes a basic salary of £30,000 per annum, increasing to £33,000 - £35,000 per annum after probation) + Benefits

LOCATION: Heathrow / Brentford, West London (You MUST live within a 30 Minute Commute to Brentford) – This is 100% Office Based

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

PLEASE NOTE: You will need a Drivers Licence to carry out field visits for Assessments and Sales. There will be a company vehicle available to use during office hours.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive / Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, following up warm leads and converting enquiries into new business.

Working in the role of Sales Executive / Sales Representative you will join an organisation known for innovative products and a strong focus on service, helping to develop opportunities and support growth across the client base.

As a Sales Executive / Sales Representative you will contact new and existing clients by telephone, manage leads through the sales pipeline and attend field visits to understand customer needs and support successful sales outcomes.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Sales Executive / Sales Representative include:

  • Follow Up on Sales Leads: Effectively follow up on sales leads generated by the marketing team
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Organise leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely communication and progression
  • Engage with Clients: Contact new and existing clients by telephone to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Present Products and Services: Clearly explain the benefits of the company’s products and services
  • Attend Field Visits: Carry out field visits to close leads generated through telesales and email marketing
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop relationships with clients and gain a better understanding of their operations
  • Support Business Growth: Convert warm leads into new business opportunities and help grow the existing client base

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2C environment
  • Friendly, confident and professional telephone manner
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a field-based environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle objections professionally
  • PC literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office / 365 and CRM systems
  • Must have a driving licence to carry out field visits for assessments and sales
