Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.The Sales Executive will be based in London and report to and work closely with the UK Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and cultivating relationships with prospective Clients, guiding them through the sales process to grow the fractional ownership business within the British market.Tasks & Responsibilities:• Generate new leads and develop the portfolio of prospects through market research within the assigned geographic territory.• Create new business opportunities and travel to meet in-person with prospective Clients.• Prospect through a variety of techniques with an emphasis on new Business Generation in close partnership with the Sales Director.• Support the assigned Sales Director to establish, build, and expand relationships with new potential customers through regional activity with Jetfly affinity partnerships and personal network.• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales interactions and opportunities within our sales CRM.• Onboard New Clients, service & maintain existing accounts proactively and as required.• Sales administration: Relay between the requests of customers who have signed through the Parties: specific requests in relation to their contract, invoicing, organization of demonstration flights, etc. and solve client issues strategically.• Work collaboratively with Sales Directors based in Europe and the Marketing team and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:• Graduate of a Business school or equivalent in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.• For the assigned market, fluency in English is essential .• Minimum experience of 2-4 years’ related professional work experience• Must be self-motivated and results driven.• Excellent presentation & communication skills.• Knowledge of the assigned territory is an asset.• Excellent verbal and written communications are a must.• Must be able to travel to industry trade shows, client events, and prospective/customer meetings.• Service oriented, collaborative and ambitious mindset is key.
