Sales Intern (Tech Products)

Learning how technology products reach customers helps you understand how sales and customer engagement work within a tech environment.<br><br>Our volunteer programme provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure by supporting product sales activities and learning how teams communicate with customers. At Bincom Global Volunteer Programme, you’ll join a remote, collaborative team where you’ll learn how products are introduced, explained, and supported in customer-facing environments. This supportive environment is designed to help you develop practical sales skills while working with a global team, whether you’re a student, recent graduate, career changer, or exploring sales for the first time.<br><br>What you’ll do<br>As a Product Sales Trainee, you’ll support the sales team while learning how customer engagement and product communication work in a real tech environment.<br><br>Your responsibilities will include:<br>Assisting with customer enquiries and product-related communication<br><br>Supporting product presentations, demonstrations, and sales materials<br><br>Organising product information and maintaining accurate records<br><br>Coordinating with internal teams to support product delivery and customer satisfaction<br><br>Participating in virtual meetings, training sessions, and sales planning activities<br><br>Learning how sales processes and business development work in practice<br><br>Who this is for<br>This opportunity is a good fit if you:<br>Enjoy communicating and building relationships with people<br><br>Are interested in sales, business development, or customer success<br><br>Are organised, proactive, and open to learning<br><br>Can work effectively in a remote team environment<br><br>Can commit at least 6 hours per week<br><br>You don’t need prior sales experience.
