Sales Rep (Closer)

HIRING A CLOSER - 12% COMMISSION COMP (that’s around $10k/mo OTE)

We are a creative viral social media agency of 80k+ followers (on all platforms) working with artists around the world — from Jason Derulo, Eric Bellinger, ZieZie, Jayo, Michael Bibi, Zack Knight, Jay1 and labels like Sony, Warner, and TikTok. We engineer virality by strategising, filming, and editing content that dominates social media. In the past 45 days alone, our campaigns have reached over 100 million views organically (no ads). The objective of this role is to take our sales to the moon, surpassing 300k+/mo!

There are three things we are looking for in this person:

  • Somebody with a PROVEN system which repeatedly gets results
  • Can stay cool and calm under pressure
  • Great communication

Responsibilities:

  • Not looking for a dialler. Literally just looking for somebody to hop on sales calls and relentlessly close.
  • Keeping close rates consistent and improving over time
  • Providing feedback on lead quality
  • Working with the marketing team to refine the sales process
  • e.g. Telling us what the most common objections are so that we can adjust content to help decrease them.

Location:

  • Completely remote.

Results:

  • Looking for somebody to scale us from $100k/mo to multiple 6-figures/mo

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a high-ticket closer and has receipts (call recordings)
  • Needs to be fucking good (we will be looking at call recordings and skill displayed)
  • Has invested in sales education.
  • Not needed but if you’ve experience with setting and/or dialling that would be sweet.
  • Strong written + verbal communication
  • Has a great sense of urgency
  • Proactive not reactive
  • Calm under pressure
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change.
  • Good vibes on camera and in convo

Compensation Structure:

  • 12% commission
  • We’re currently making $80k/mo so that means you could be making upwards of $9.6k/mo!

Availability:

  • Full time, all the time (Mon-Sun)! We want HARD workers who LOVE to work.
  • We operate across Europe and the USA - so calls may be really early or really late.

Communication

  • Communication with the team will be on WhatsApp
  • Sales calls will be on Google Calendar
  • We value urgency & speed of communication
  • We value detail & thoroughness of communication (over-contextualising is fine)
  • Daily updates (e.g. filling in EOD’s)
