We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, training, mentorship, and access to leads.

No experience is required. Licensing and training are provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
  • Contact and follow up with leads
  • Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
  • Conduct virtual or phone appointments
  • Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
  • Complete applications and assist clients throughout the process
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Insurance license preferred but not required to apply
  • We will help you obtain the required insurance license before conducting insurance business

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is based on individual sales production.
