About the Role

Hotshots Academy works directly with primary schools across the UK delivering after-school football programmes.

We are hiring a school-experienced administrator to support our growing network of schools. This role is part-time initially, with the intention to move to full-time as the business scales.

This role is only suitable for candidates who have previously worked in a school office or education setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with schools, school offices and senior leaders
  • Managing school admin: schedules, confirmations, registers, documentation
  • Supporting onboarding of new schools
  • Handling parent and school enquiries
  • Maintaining trackers, spreadsheets and systems
  • Supporting safeguarding and compliance processes
  • Proactively understanding and responding to school needs

Essential Requirements

Previous experience working in a school (school secretary / administrator / office manager)
Strong understanding of how schools operate
Confident professional communicator (email & phone)
Highly organised and detail-focused
Comfortable working remotely and independently

Applicants without school-based experience will not be considered.

  • 18 hours per week initially (flexible)
