Orbis are currently supporting an AI consultancy delivering an AI-powered procurement platform for Governmental bodies in Abhu Dhabi, modernising and automating procurement processes across 50+ government entities.

They're looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinating Azure Cloud, AI services, Oracle Fusion and QA teams to ensure successful releases through sprint planning, dependency management and release governance.

Key requirements

  • Strong Scrum Master experience on large-scale enterprise delivery programmes
  • ERP/Procurement transformation projects are ideal (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Coupa, Ariba etc.)
  • Managing cross-functional engineering teams through complex release cycles
  • Strong Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement and release management
  • Data-driven approach using sprint velocity, defect metrics and delivery KPIs
  • Azure/cloud delivery experience; AI programme exposure is beneficial
