Key Responsibilities

As a Part‑Time Weekend & Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers during after‑hours and weekend periods. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to outbound outreach with professionalism and empathy.
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Scheduling appointments for technicians, coordinating with dispatch, and updating service calendars.

Essential Qualifications
