Responsibilities

  • Safely operate your own vehicle, such as a van or similar commercial vehicle, to deliver packages and samples across designated areas
  • Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines
  • Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, using company delivery tracking app provided
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws and regulations
  • Manage time effectively to complete deliveries within scheduled windows while maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements

  • Standard DBS check to handle sensitive patient information
  • Experience as a delivery driver or courier, with strong knowledge of local routes and navigation tools
  • Valid driver’s license suitable for operating a van or commercial vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and control room managers
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and maintain accurate documentation
