As a Senior Admin in the Not For Profit sector, based in London, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative tasks and coordinating corporate insurance renewals This interim position offers flexibility with the option to work from home, helping to support the efficiency of the organisation.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings effectively.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications as required.
  • Assist in organising events or projects when needed.
  • Handle queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Senior Admin should have:

  • Strong administrative skills and experience within Insurance renewals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Adaptability to work within a Not For Profit environment.

Job Offer

  • Hourly rate between £14.00 and £18.00, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Option to work from home.
  • Temporary contract offering flexibility.
